OwnAgent ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated by Quantum Spiritual Health Group Pty Ltd (trading as OwnAgent), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and your rights.

2. Collection of Personal Information (APP 3)

We collect the following personal information only where it is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities:

We collect personal information directly from you (e.g., when you connect your wallet or submit a form) and from publicly available blockchain records. We will not collect personal information by unlawful or unfair means.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys — we never access, store, or transmit your wallet private keys
• Passwords — OwnAgent uses wallet-based authentication, not passwords
• Payment card details — all payments are on-chain via smart contracts
• Sensitive information — we do not collect health, racial, political, religious, sexual orientation, or criminal record data

4. Use of Personal Information (APP 6)

We use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected, or for a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect:

• Process Z-File uploads and blockchain tokenisation
• Display your Landlord Dashboard (earnings, costs avoided)
• Facilitate marketplace transactions via smart contracts
• Send service updates if you provided an email address
• Improve the Platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage data
• Respond to your enquiries and support requests

5. Disclosure of Personal Information (APP 6)

We may disclose your personal information to:

• Third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform (see Section 8 below), subject to contractual obligations to protect your data
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law or to comply with a court order
• The 0G blockchain network — your wallet address and transaction data are publicly visible on-chain by design

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cross-Border Disclosure (APP 8)

Some of our third-party service providers may store or process data outside of Australia (including the United States). Before disclosing personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the APPs. By using the Platform, you consent to this cross-border transfer where necessary for service delivery.

7. Blockchain Data

OwnAgent operates on the 0G blockchain. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are public and permanent
• Your wallet address, transaction history, and iNFT ownership are visible on the blockchain
• We cannot delete, modify, or redact on-chain data
• IPFS-pinned manifests are content-addressed and publicly accessible

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Pinata — IPFS pinning (manifest storage)
• 0G Network — blockchain infrastructure
• Formspree — waitlist form processing
• Netlify — website hosting

9. Data Retention

• Waitlist / contact data — retained until you request deletion or the data is no longer needed
• Blockchain data — permanent and immutable (cannot be deleted)
• IPFS data — retained as long as the pin is active
• Analytics data — retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months

10. Data Quality (APP 10)

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use, and disclose is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and relevant. If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us.

11. Access to Personal Information (APP 12)

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. To make an access request, contact us at fightsphysio@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Access may be refused in limited circumstances permitted by law, in which case we will provide written reasons.

12. Correction of Personal Information (APP 13)

You have the right to request correction of any personal information we hold about you that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. To make a correction request, contact us at fightsphysio@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Note: On-chain data (blockchain transactions, iNFTs, IPFS manifests) cannot be corrected or deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

13. Security of Personal Information (APP 11)

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These include HTTPS encryption, secure API endpoints, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint by contacting us at fightsphysio@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

OwnAgent is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
