How to File a Dispute
Send an email to our legal team with the following information:
- Your wallet address (e.g.
0x1234…abcd) - The agent or token ID in question
- A clear description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, documentation)

Resolution Process
Every dispute follows a three-step process to ensure a fair outcome.
Step 01
File
Email fightsphysio@gmail.com with your wallet address, the agent or token ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
Step 02
Review
Our team investigates the claim within 14 business days. We may contact both parties for additional information during this period.
Step 03
Resolve
The agent is removed, modified, or the dispute is dismissed based on our findings. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
