Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026.

The service

Framehouse produces cinematic property films from materials you supply. Each project is quoted to its scope. Production begins once you approve the quote and complete payment.

Your materials and rights

By submitting materials you confirm that you are the listing agent, agency representative, property owner, or an authorized party, and that you hold the rights to use the photos, floorplans, copy, branding and property information you supply for video production and marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you provide.

We produce video only from authorized materials. We do not scrape realestate.com.au, Domain, or any property portal.

What we will and won't depict

Every property frame is animated from a real supplied photo. We do not depict a room, view or feature that is not in a supplied asset, and we do not make on-screen claims that are not supported by a fact you provide. A full floorplan walkthrough is produced only when a verified floorplan is supplied.

Payment

Prices are charged in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your card provider may convert the charge and may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Australian customers: prices are ex-GST where applicable. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and one-off films are paid before production begins, securely via Stripe. Rush and add-on fees are as quoted.

First-film bonus

When an agency starts its first paid Listing Engine subscription period, one bonus film is added to the first month of that subscription (Solo 2+1, Pro 5+1, Agency 12+1). The bonus is limited to one per agency or business, has no cash value, and is produced only from authorized listing materials you supply and have the rights to use. The bonus film ships as part of month one and is covered by the first-paid-month guarantee: if you request a qualifying refund under that guarantee, the first month is fully refunded and you keep every film already delivered, including the bonus film.

Plans, credits, rollover and cancellation

Monthly plans include a set number of films ("credits") each billing month. One standard film uses one credit; a floorplan walkthrough uses two. Unused credits roll over for one calendar month and then expire. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, and you keep every film already delivered. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused credits on cancellation. If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. Annual plans are billed up front (ten months for twelve) and are non-refundable after the first 14 days, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the revision rounds described at the time of quoting. Delivery timeframes are targets confirmed in your quote and depend on the materials supplied and approval turnaround.

Ownership

On final payment, you receive usage rights to the delivered films for your marketing. You retain ownership of the materials you supplied. Licensed music and stock elements remain subject to their respective licences.

No guaranteed outcomes

Marketing results vary by property and market. We make no guarantee of any specific sales, leasing, engagement or inquiry outcome.
