Framehouse ("we", "us") produces cinematic property films for real estate professionals. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you submit a project brief we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, agency or company name, property address, and the listing materials you upload or link (photos, floorplans, drone footage, branding, listing copy and creative direction).
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service: Firebase (website hosting), Netlify (intake form processing), Google (business email), and Stripe (payment processing). When you submit a brief, email us, or make a payment, the relevant details are shared with these providers for those purposes. Some providers may process or store data outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting information you consent to this overseas disclosure, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not currently run behavioural advertising trackers on this site.
We do not sell your personal information. We use the materials you supply only to deliver the service you have requested.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. Project materials are retained for as long as needed to deliver and support your project, and can be deleted on request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You may also ask how your information has been handled.
